PCEC - Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches: Discipling the Nation for Christ.

Peace Builders Ministry (PBM) is a member of the Network of Peace Advocates (NePA), PCEC's commission on peace and reconciliation. It seeks to strengthen the Body of Christ in the Philippines by advocating and advancing a culture of biblical peacemaking.

Peace builders Mnistry believes that while conflict among Christians is inevitable, lawsuits and fights among believers may be avoided. PBM assists Christian churches, groups and individuals who are in conflict through practical training, coaching and mediation.

Serving as volunteers for Peace Builders Ministry are Christian lawyers, pastors, counselors, trainers and other lay leaders.

The members of the evangelical community freely expressing their grievances and thoughts in a safe environment of Christian grace and love.

Peace is essential to living out the purposes of God within our relational framework, therefore we believe in the Biblical mandate to be at peace with all men and are sensitive to the various personal and cultural nuances of the process of peacemaking.

The Character of Peacemakers
Members of the evangelical community advocating, nurturing and exhibiting the biblical character of a peacemaker.

Institutionalizing Peace
The Philippine Evangelical Church is recognized by the community as a competent and credible peacemaking body. Every Christian, understands, practices, and promotes biblical peacemaking thereby effectively averting disputes filed in court.
