PRAY
FOR THE EVANGELICAL CHURCHES
1. Praise the Lord PCEC is holding its 28th National Assembly (NA)
this July 21-24, 2009
at CDC, Tagaytay City. Let us pray for the following: Pray
for 250 delegates to attend | Pray for the preparation of the NA
such as: souvenir program, communication to member bodies and other
participants | Pray for PCEC financial provisions | Unleash the
strong presence of God and the power of the Holy Spirit to lead,
empower and anoint us in the assembly| Pray that the theme “Be
the Church” be truly manifest in the light of
Ephesians 3:10 and 5:27.
2. Pray that JESUS will be the first love of the church (Rev.
2:4; Deut. 6:4,5; Exodus 20:1-7; Matthew 22:37-38).
3. Pray that biblical truth will not be compromised (Revelation
2:14).
4. Pray that the church will become strong in her spiritual disciplines
(Joshua1:8;
Philippians 4:6-9 & Colossians 1: 9-12).
5. Pray that the church will be passionate for God and compassionate
for the lost.
6. Pray that the church will have greater heart for missions.
7. Pray that the church will manifest in greater measure the ”one
another” principle
of the Bible. Ex. Love one another, pray
for one another, forgive one another…
8. Pray that the church will “Be the
Church” that manifest the radiance of God’s
glory as light and salt to our nation. Then, Jesus be glorified.
