PRAY FOR THE PHILIPPINES

1. Let us pray that God’s Kingdom agenda will be done in the Philippines- especially this coming election.

2. Let us bind the strongholds of too much politics and release the spirit of the fear of the Lord, nationalism and love of country.

3. Let us proclaim freedom and progress in Christ Jesus for the Filipinos.

4. Let us pray that the Church of God in the Philippines will truly love God with all her heart, soul, mind and strength. That this love will flow through us so we can love one another and the lost. The power of God’s love demonstrated by the Church will radiate to the transformation of this nation for the glory of God.

5. Let us pray for wisdom as the Comelec prepares for the upcoming election.
Pray that by April, all the ballots printing will be finished. Pray too as they train the teachers and all those involved in the election proceedings. That the automated election machines will function well.

6. Pray that the government will be effective in enforcing the gun ban.

7. Pray that AFP and PNP will not be engaged in partisan politics. They will be loyal to their calling in promoting peace and order and protection for the people.

8. Let us pray that the Lord will expose any evil plans from all the candidates.

9. Let us pray to please and glorify the Lord Jesus in all that we do (1 Cor.10:31). Our God deserves our obedience and true worship!
