PHILRADS through its holistic approach to ministry envisions to help bring about God’s vision of a new society, where there is no poor, where there is peace, justice and righteousness; and freedom to worship God, where Christ is Lord of all.

MISSION

To enable and equip local evangelical churches to do holistic ministry for the poor and the needy in order that they become all that God intends them to be.
